Insomnia...its my life

Yes, I'm still awake at 3am, writing to whoever is gonna read this, because I have my usual bout of insomnia. Plus people outside are yelling, and they're not helping me fall asleep either. So as Valentine's Day is approaching, me and Brianna are busy making plans in which to spend it NOT with a significant other, or with people who HAVE significant others. Yes, we are YSB (Young, Single and Bitter). We're both gathering together all the YSB friends we have, and planning a huge event where we plan to take over some random bar, and just drink our faces off. Nuts to Valentine's Day! Not that I'm all against love, relationships, ect. In fact, I consider myself to be quite a hopeless romantic. Two words: The Notebook. Carrie would know what I'm talking about. Her, Sarah and I all decided to go see said movie together, and I was definitely the first to just totally break down and start bawling. As Carrie put it: "We've lost Ashley already."
I'm not sure what it was, but I got totally lost in the story and wondering if I would ever find a love like that. Or if a love like that even exists outside a VHS tape. Whatever...I don't want to dwell on that. I just can't wait to get home (5 days to go!) where I can be with my friends, have some peace and quiet and hopefully get some sleep! On the plus side, this break seems like it will be filled with many drunken nights, and Gates of Winter (my friends' band) has two gigs while I'm home, so I definitely can't wait for that. They make me so proud! And of course, time with Brianna is always good, she can always make me laugh and I couldn't love her more for that!
Anyways, I'm gonna go lay down (but definitely not sleep!)
